Project Lead for integration of the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) into Charité, creating Germany's first federally funded Translation Hub within a university hospital. Working with Charité's Executive Board in close cooperation with colleagues at the BIH and with the German Federal Ministry for Science and Education (BMBF), as well as the State of Berlin. Conceptualized, structured and carried out the Change Management project.

Financial oversight, budget and personnel responsibility for the Charité BIH Center for Therapy and Research (CC4), which is home to BIH-funded scientists at Charité as well as central research infrastructure. Ensuring compliance with public legal and funding regulations.

Collaborated with biologists to develop mathematical models of biochemical processes. Implemented Deep Learning algorithms to analyze biological datasets. Developed and applied the lab’s microscopy capabilities for high-resolution, high-speed live-cell imaging. Genetically engineered model organisms for fluorescence microscopy.

Led the creation of a Strategic Resource Mobilization Plan for a fast-growing NGO. Managed multi-national, cross-functional teams in six West African countries on the creation of project proposals to government agencies, private and corporate foundations. Managed DC office HR & finances.

Continued research in the inter-disciplinary field of string cosmology. Taught Graduate course on differential geometry for physicists. Mentored three students in their personal development, who found placements in PhD programs abroad.

As a member of the String Theory Group, supervised Master's students on a research project resulting in a publication in JHEP and both of them being accepted into top-level PhD programs. Attended conferences and co-organized two international workshops on string cosmology. Served as reviewer for European Journal of Physics C.

Responsible for creating the course syllabus and homework, as well as teaching the class for three different undergraduate physics courses. Simultaneously carried out research for PhD thesis; published five scientific articles.
