For my thesis I designed a concept for Happyholics. The goal of this concept was ‘𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌’. I discovered that humble behavior was one of the key-elements (for especially women) that caused this problem. Using the ‘design thinking method’ I designed a concept were my target group learned 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒈𝒐 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒓. This concept helped them also 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 so they can be more happy in work to.The final grade for my thesis was an 8
