• Manage the storage of all retail loan file documentation, ensuring that all loan files are kept in proper order.• On a daily basis, review all new loan files and track all loan exceptions, including discussions with lenders to clear exceptions.• Manage all file check-outs and check-ins, make copies of file documents as needed, and incorporate loan file information as needed.• Assist with obtaining follow-up information and addressing post-closing issues as needed to ensure that all consumer loan documentation is received and filed correctly.
