Als HR-beleidsadviseur ontwikkel ik (samen met specialisten) HR-beleid voor gemeente Eindhoven. (Strategisch) beleids- en organisatieadvies en projectleiderschap in één, op verschillende HR-thema's. Daarnaast vervul ik de rol van sectorsecretaris, waarbij ik als MT-lid de andere MT-leden inhoudelijk ondersteun in hun werk en afdelingsoverstijgende.
