• Head all Marketing efforts for an extensive portfolio of world-class brands, artists, shows, and live events across 20+ venues• Develop and lead high-performing marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and customer targets across 13 resorts • Manage comprehensive partnerships to include Cirque du Soleil, Live Nation, AEG, SPI Entertainment, David Copperfield, Jabbawockeez, Blue Man Group, Brad Garrett, Pac-12, VGK• Stewardship of multi-million-dollar annual digital and traditional media budgets• Oversee social media, PR and direct marketing initiatives• Develop and lead the Marketing for new show launches• Build Marketing pitch decks to attract A-list artists• Initiate and launch omni-channel show portfolio campaign to drive over $10MM in revenue within first twelve months • Liaise with corporate and property verticals and external partners to track ticket sales and identify growth opportunities• Govern brand strategy and alignment across all platforms• Direct strategies in line with guest journey and loyalty program • Identify cross-promotional opportunities within portfolio• Proven track-record of applying strong analytical skills• Supervise and develop a diverse team of direct reports
