My focus in is on supporting HR organizations in their efforts to improve and support HR processes, primarily through implementing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. In this solution area, I can use my experience with SAP and BI but also my experience as a line manager and mentor for experienced as well and junior consultants.My job titles are Engagement Manager, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Consultant, Project Manager and HR Business Consultant, and that is a fair description of what I have been doing for the last 13-14 years in Capgemini, MBit consulting and Itelligence.I am also an experienced Consulting and Practice Manager and BI/DW consultant from my years with Oracle Consulting.I have had the pleasure of working with SAP ERP, SAP BW and SAP HCM projects such as Upgrades, Carveouts, and Application Management, and I have been managing projects delivered in various Onshore, Offshore and mixed delivery models based on teams from Europe, US, India and China.Maintaining a good working knowledge of the technologies and solutions is an important part of my personal approach to projects and assignments, so I do also participate in hands-on configuration in SAP HCM and in SuccessFactors, and my training and certifications cover topics from HR Master and Project Management to SAP BW and SuccessFactors Onboarding Academy.
