I represent leading German and foreign commercial enterprises in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings involving contract, commercial and corporate law issues, before both German and international tribunals. I have successfully represented major companies against members of the managing board, directors and executive employees, particularly in connection with allegations of fraud, breach of trust and bribery, and in capital market offences.
