I am an energetic, enthusiastic and a Result oriented hospitality professional. Currently working as a Dir. of Food & Beverage for Om Vilas Benares Resort, which has which has 2 restaurants, In-room-dining and 7 banqueting venues. I lead a team of 40 F&B service professionals and 60 Culinary professionals. I joined Om Vilas Benares in 2020. Earlier I was working as a Restaurant Manager with Rivatas by Ideal but our Director Mr. Peeyush Verma called me here and gave me the responsibility to lead Food & Beverage department. I worked with dedication and responsibility under Piyush sir's guidance, due to which I was promoted to Director of F&B in April 2022. My focus lies on the 5 important quadrants of business which primarily start's with Associate satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, driving revenue, maintaining the Brand Standard, and Profitability.Some of my key expertise are driving Guest relation, Associate relation, Profit & Loss accountability, driving profits, Formulating business strategies, Curating promotions and experiences.
