• For two years, I provided leadership and pedagogical training to 12 Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs), 500+ teachers, and school principals in the NITI Aayog-anchored program “Aspirational District Transformation Program” while providing leadership and pedagogical support to block and cluster stakeholders. In 171 schools, student learning outcomes, increased by 4.54% in reading and 5.25% in numeracy.• Increased block-level enrollment and transition by 10%, while working with the Block Education Officer, 12 Cluster Resource Coordinators, Gram Panchayats, and 70+ Integrated Child Development Services workers.• Coordinated the operation of 12 demonstration schools in coordination with 12 Cluster Resource Center Coordinators (CRCCs), 25+ teachers, and the head teachers. Achieved large-scale impact by replicating the same at the block and district levels.• Managed a team of 7 surveyors, to conduct a field study in four blocks with 50 elementary students from 35 schools. The field study is to determine the reasons for absenteeism and design a plan for the same.• Increased 5% Students Learning Outcome through Implementing "Accelerated learning program 2.O" in 12 demonstration schools, to meet the needs of students who are not able to maintain pace with normal classroom instruction.
