Freevee (formerly IMDb TV) is a free, ad-powered video streaming service. -I led software engineering execution and launch for Freevees mobile apps on iOS, iPads, Android phones and Fire tablets. -I managed multiple teams with tech leads and scaled the team from 5 to 11 engineers in 8 months. -We successfully launched the pilot version in 10 months across 3 platforms.-Stepped up to drive recurring mobile app releases with iOS and Android app stores -Represented Freevee at Amazon’s Represent the Future 2021 conference

• Managed 4 engineering teams comprising of 23 engineers (Mobile, Xbox, Web and Video Player). • Scaled the chat service to handle 300k concurrent users that led to a successful E3 2018 and 2019 event. • Revamped the Mixer homepages across all platforms to service driven dynamically powered content backed by AI. • Cut Mixer client development time by half through a shared Redux based architecture. • Reduced deployment times for the Xbox and mobile web client from 2 weeks to 5 minutes by ring fencing resources to work on engineering excellence. • Driving cross organization Angular to React migration of mixer.com to improve developer productivity, unify frameworks and improve site performance.

-Spearheaded the effort to get the Remix 3D web client up and running from scratch to a production ready website with 8 engineers in 15 months on schedule-Drove org-wide recruiting efforts (interviewing/hiring/onboarding/training) to create diverse teams and scaled team from 0 to 8 in 6 months-Was founding engineer, investigated web technology solutions and evaluated framework options-Demoed Remix 3D to Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella & Microsoft Senior leadership team -Led team through successful pilot launch and showcased Remix 3D to members of the consumer and technical press at a Microsoft event in NYC, October 2016-Awarded Microsoft High Potential program (2016)
