In my Articleship, I got exposure in the field of Accounting, Taxation, ROC compliance, Financial planning & analysis.In Accounting - I have prepared Financial statements for various clients.In Taxation - I have prepared various kind of income tax returns, gst returns and have done tax audit as well as TDS Filings for various clients.In ROC compliance - I have prepared & filed annual return(AOC-4 & MGT-7) of private limited companies, incorporated few private limited companies, have audited them under IT act 1961, kyc compliance and have done other things as well.In Financial planning & analysis - I have prepared Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data reports, projected financial statements, examine financial data of clients to help them in taking business decisions.I always feel grateful for having learned all this and there's certainly yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve and yet more to build.
