My TASKS AS BUSINESS SPECIALIST• Discuss current safety system with the internal team and continuously observe internal systems at all level of organization.• Analyse user data needs and determine needs resolved through an automated repeatable process.• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for business stakeholders.• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.• Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to identify if requested programs are possible in the current system.• Defining new data collection and analysis processes.• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business.• Research, present, and resolve issues.• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.• Gather and analyze relevant data and provide results.• Present design solutions with strong rationales to influence stakeholder.• Collaboration with team members and other internal stakeholders to successfully deploy initiatives relating to the Telstra OKR’s.• Facilitate cross company teams/workshops to achieve an aligned end-result for your projects.• Training and development of team towards more efficient organization and developing solutions to organizational problem.• Provide process subject matter expertise and operational support to the business.• Prepare transparent standard reports and analysis to support business needs.• Handle small projects, present results, and meet deadlines by collaborating on multiple projects.• Document business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements.• Develop and enhance spreadsheets and databases’ functionality like usage of forms, templates, and logic.
