Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, lessons learned documents. 2. Defining the end to end testing approach / test strategy for a programme including integration and divestment of complex systems and services. Developing the test plans, test estimations, inputs to the project materials, forecasting of resources etc.3. Collaborate, facilitate, lead and coach cross-functional teams (co-located & distributed) supporting product delivery and evolving agile practices.4. Work with product owners to build and iterate their product road maps. Grooming the backlog and plan sprints.5. Collaborative working with Clients executives, Developers, Architects, Users and Project/Programme Managers. Managing staff, including hiring, compensation and employee performance assessments.6. Ownership and coordination of all agile scrum ceremonies, decision making, and conflict resolution. 7. Emphasis on problem-solving and continuous improvement; Track, escalate and remove impediments. Work with component teams to resolve issues.8. Developing status reports and dashboards, including metrics-informed analysis to senior stakeholders. Story points earned vs. capacity burned, estimates to completion, and sprint velocity. Including Backlog management, burndown/up charts etc.9. Experience setting up the Agile Practices from Scratch, additionally with widely successful Agile techniques like User Stories, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.10. Experience in adopting / implementing Agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence that enables transparency and accountability to the wider team.11. Experience in running Sprint Retrospectives in a varied way, excellent communication, presentable, analytical skills.12. Experience of defining, designing, implementing and executing test automation to reduce effort, costs and time.
