-Worked on improving the number of friction points in the onboarding process for the Fi App, and improving the return rate of the users dropping off at several stages during the onboarding.-Worked on Screener Rejects, to derive metrics which can be used to reduce the rejection rate of the Users in the Screener Process.-Worked on eKYC process to find out the users who have opted the minimum KYC, also deriving metrics and segmentations to find out more about the user credit txn. and age of the account.-Also worked on Re-onboarding process, and analyzed several metrics regarding the User- Level and Attempt- Level and worked on improving the Re- Onboarding Process by customizing the solutions according to the different sets of users facing similar problems during the Re- Onboarding Process.

- Worked on Dark Stores and, Last Mile Operations. Analyzed many Databases having several metrics regarding Delivery operations, and Revenue generated, and worked on finding, and optimizing Delayed Orders.-Also, provided optimized solutions to improve the delivery time during peak seasons (Festivities), by deriving several Delivery Metrics, such as Percentage Attempts on OEDD for 24th December- 1st January, Unusually high GMV/CL and Average Delivery Value for the Month of December, Delayed Orders for the Month of December - January, CL/CX Availability for certain regions of Gurgaon, and finally the Non- Fulfilled values for the duration of December- January, according to the Geographical regions of Gurgaon, by building a Dashboard.

Worked on the front of Telemedicine companies of The United States of America.The project included the expected growth of the Telemedicine Markets of both India and USA, and a full deal flow analysis of the biggest names of the Telemedicine market of USA (Teladoc Health,Doctor On Demand,MDLIVE). The project further included a study of Practo (India),it's overseas business, and future market potential in India. Also made a full competitive analysis between Practo (India), Mfine(India), and 1 mg (India).Analyzed a database containing several metrics regarding the Telemedicine Companies such as Market capitalization, profits etc, and made a KPI chart in data visualization software, alongside the deal flow of index.Also, suggested Insights derived from the data regarding how the top companies can further improve their performance.
