I was working on multiple domains. Started with an in-house process for BGV where the role involved cold calling, client servicing, client acquisition, Data building, Data analysis, maintaining a sales pipeline.Second profile i worked on was for international client acquisition and lead generation into real estate which involved cold calling and converting leads into sales by building rapport with the client's , analysing their requirements and setting up meetings for future discussions.

I was working as a Sr. customer representative on behalf of clients like Yes Bank. The job role involved credit card cross sales and solving customer queries through a dedicated CRM. I used to handle around 120 calls per day resolving their queries and also making cross sales on the same call.
