Work entailed my responsibilities as a graduate research student for my thesis project. Other projects included in-vitro experiments on PMBC and immune cell subsets from patients samples, using ELISA, flow cytometry, quantitative real time PCR etc. Duties also included general laboratory responsibilities like maintaining both primary and immortalized cell lines, restocking supplies, aliquoting of stock, changing liquid nitrogen tanks etc.
