• To manage the behavior and attitude of the telesales advisors on a day to day basis ensuring that they are motivated and focused.• To conduct one to one meetings and monthly formal reviews ensuring that telesales advisors performance is monitored against department objectives and balance score card competencies.• To manage complaint handling process within the team and to deal with all escalated advisor queries and referrals ensuring that customer satisfaction is maximized.• To identify training needs of telesales advisors not meeting targets and to take remedial action by creating development plans and solutions.
