Here in this company, along with customer relations, business development, I also had the chance to learn WordPress and PHP. I have had the opportunity to work on some awesome web-development projects as the project manager too.In my role as a BDM, I served the company under the following responsibilities:- Drafting proposals for clients.- Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Totpal, etc.- Doing email marketing campaigns.- Writing content for business proposals, presentations, project introductions, inhouse websites.- Preparing Scope of Work documents for projects, getting it verified from clients.- Maintaining sales and client sheets.- Approaching potential clients, establishing rapport and converting this partnership into a long term, harmonious, fruitful relationship for both parties.- Preparing estimation of the project and sending the estimation and quotation to the client. - Managing ongoing projects by being a smooth communication bridge between the inhouse developer and the client. - Resolving conflicts, issues and misunderstandings of clients with a developer or any other authority of the company through mutual respect and interpersonal skills for which my clients appreciate me a lot and I am grateful to them for their this generosity.

My role in the company was to handle and manage company's relationship with the clients.
