I am currently working as a Senior Human Capital Consultant.I have complete my MBA-HRM(full-time) at XIMB-XUB (Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar - Xavier University Bhubaneswar). I have an overall experience of 7 years with 3 years in IT and 4 years in HR consulting. I am a certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central associate and have been part of SAP SuccessFactors domain for the past 4 years with my skills panning across Employee Central, Data Migration into SF and ORD Reporting - workforce analytics tools. As part of HR consulting, I have been part of multiple SF projects. One of the projects was an E2E implementation - SF Employee Central module for one of the US clients wherein the key roles were to handle configuration of business rules, Business Configuration UI, configuration of Position UI and Custom MDF, workflows and RBP. I also created test cases and test scripts for SIT implementation and led the "Train the trainer' session for foundation and employee objects. Performed mock and cut over activities for config migration across multiple iterations of testing and ultimately go-live. I have worked on, managed and led 2 Conversion projects (UK based and US based) into SuccessFactors - one from Oracle and another from SAP ECC. The modules covered under migration were employee Central - hire/rehire/termination/contingent and talent modules. I designed the data migration strategy, drove the mapping sessions with the client and also had working sessions to finalize the approach of LOA/Contingent/rehire employees. I designed the cutover plan and performed data migration across multiple cycles. I have upskilled myself on ORD reports which is used for advanced reporting(workforce analytics).
