• Manage ERP Systems around the 32 Schools and colleges all over India.• New Requirements gathered from management and taken for development.• Testing in coordination with the development team for new development.• I Provide training to New joiners for different modules.• Give support to different types of users of the school like Admin, Fees, AOs etc.• I also manage 3 other Applications for another work module.• E-commerce management,• Date capture and protection,• Website management and Social Media management• Technology based Front end sales system,• Responsibility for Configuring, Troubleshooting, Documenting and• Managing the Company’s core network infrastructure spanning across India & other overseas locations.• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support.• Selection of Hardware and software support system• Data Protection & Recovery• Coordination with vendor of Website developers.• Hardware management including serve management, cloud management• Network system management,• ERP implementation,• E-commerce management,• Date capture and protection,• Technology based Front end sales system,• Responsibility for Configuring, Troubleshooting, Documenting and Managing the Company’s core network infrastructure spanning across India
