- Designed and implemented numerous robot "End of Arm Tools" to remove finished plastic parts from inside moulds, reducing production cycle time and improving process ergonomics for machine operators- Designed and implemented an automatic packaging system to work in unison with robots to automatically package finished parts, resulting in production cost savings and the ability to reassign operators to start production on other machines- Designed and implemented "poka-yoke"/fail-safe systems in production processes, circumventing damage to company assets and shipment of "out-of-spec."/erroneous parts- Created and presented designs, budgets, and timelines for all of the above projects to technical and non-technical management personnel

- Sourced and contacted new and existing vendors resulting in new, lower-cost resources- Generated and sent project estimates to clients allowing timely project start times- Accompanied owner on-site visits observing assessment & project timeline meetings
