Current1. Managed the C panel of outlook mail and website domain.2. To maintain IT inventory list of Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Networking devices & Peripherals.3. To manage the system assign, re-assign, surrender case as per the IT inventory SOP.4. To manage the back-up given by the end user at Server as per the IT Backup SOP.5. To manage Email accounts and configuration of Outlook application and backup of emails accounts.6. To manage the internet connectivity and provide 95% uptime to user for smooth operation of projects and documentations work.7. To configured of project Server, Core Switches, Field Switches, Network, Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner and Other Networking devices like media converter, FO cables, patch panels etc.8. To provide the support on client side on VM, Server, Client PC, Networking & Technical issues via call as well as remote support using remote tools.9. To provide the advice for procured IT assets configuration as per the Project requirement of various vertical (Sales & Purchased Department).10. To provide onsite technical Support or visit to resolve issue as per project team requirement.
