Delivery Manager
CurrentResponsible for operational leadership encompassing Delivery Management, Project Management, Stakeholder management, and Client handling as a SPOC• Managed Portfolio of diverse technologies as a part of Large & Complex Engagements, geographically dispersed teams, including Vendor resources• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context• Manage demand/supply of work from R&D Projects/Product/CRs development and forecast timelines and costs• Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members• Engage closely with Sales, Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Sponsors, and customers for program health and progress updates• Work with POs, BAs, Solution Architects, Sales, and Customers to cater to future needs with the latest technologies, functional and non-functional requirements• Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction• Plan, drive, execute and manage multiple projects in parallel• Supported a team of up to 100 associates with a mix of project managers, leads, architects, business analysts, developers, and testers
