In Business Plan Development we were around 20 teams who participated in this event where each team had to present our business plan & their financial analysis & out of which only 10 team were selected as the teams which can go further with their business plan & out of those 10 teams only 3 teams were given a chance to continue with their business plan as their summer project where they had to first analyze the industry then conduct a preliminary research identifying the customer pain & then design our services accordingly. We also had to prepare partnership deed, identify the different acts/laws that would govern the business, prepared a business model & also did industry analysis i.e. who are the competitors & what services they are providing & what would be our USP.We got to learn new things like how to setup a new business, what is partnership deed & its importance & also conducting primary survey by physically being on the field.
