To manage the office functions and coordinate with the human resource activities includes the training and development. Also give the presentations to the employees. File management and processing of various staff documents. It includes the individual employees file as well as the other necessary documents. Set up a database for the purpose of recording essential information about employees. Responsible for the development of HR policies, and for their implementation. Recruitments according to the departments’ requisition and coordinate for their interviews. Handling the joining related all the formalities of new employee and carry out staff orientation. Devise employee development trainings within the company and make their training schedule. Payroll: do the Wages & Salary computation. Involved in the day to day activities of the organization HR developments and accomplishment. Time Office Management: take the data from the time machine software. Coordinate at the time of Performance Appraisal and make their increment sheets. Prepare the statutory compliances i.e. Bonus, ESI & PF records. Maintain the attendance records, Leave Records etc. Maintain Personnel database specific to the organisations needs. Maintain all Personnel records: Prepared job descriptions, Personnel specifications and contract of employment.
