Main Project Features: Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure (MNPI) on behalf of the Government of Maldives is seeking for the design and development of integrated water supply system to facilitate safe drinking water to the population of the Maldives in 35 islands for a period of 25 years. Assigned Island: V. Felidhoo (Package -3) (Estimated Cost of Island: 3,248,826 USD)Activities performed: • Verifying the designs and drawings submitted by the contractor with respect to the tender drawings and tender estimate as well as with the agreement clauses ,specifications and standards. • Conducting the quality tests and ensures the quality of work with respect to QAP and BS codes. • Attending to material inspection to ensure quality. • Monitoring the agency’s work closely by providing work schedule to achieve the goals or targets set by the clients. • Maintaining or updating the DPR & MPR of project for various site visits with clients/ Internal meetings. • Acquiring clearances from clients in favour of agency for smooth flow of work. • Cross checking the measurements of agency at site and recording them as RA Bills regularly.

Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule. • Supervision and assisting in land surveying. • Coordinating and planning around the construction site for the timely completion of the allotted work. • Ensure all safety majors in accordance with the specific guidelines for every unit. • Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data and drawings. • Preparing quarterly and monthly progress report. • Preparation of RA Bills on every month to Sub contractors. • Preparing Quotations & work orders, arranging labours for works (Pipe lines) Coordinating and supervising skilled professional engaged in planning and execution.
