Worked as a Safety Supervisor representing the client for the period from 01/05/2022 to Till Date.2. During the period I had to report each unsafe act and condition to the client's concerned persons and executing department. 3. Every morning me and my colleague from contractor safety department used to check weather all contract safety supervisor is delivering Toll Box Talk or not.4. During the period I was responsible to check the status of the observation given by me to them in my assigned site, Report any High Potential Hazards to my Department and my assigned department. 5. Helping other Contractual safety officer in their site inspections.

ACCOUNTABILITY: ➢Conducting Safety Observation in view of bringing Behavioral Change among the workforce. ➢ Conducting Site Safety Audit in co ordination with Line Manager / Engineers. (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Transport Vehicle, Etc). ➢ Implement & Maintaining proper penalty clause on Contractors for violating plant safety rules. ➢ Ensure that the contractor has taken all the required work permits (Height permit, Hot work permit, Electrical work permit, excavation work permit, Etc.). ➢Ensure that proper electrical shutdown/isolation has been taken for all the maintenance work in the running plant area. ➢ Making monthly HSE report. ➢Conducting Fire Fighting & First Aid training with practical demonstration. ➢Giving Safety Induction to the new comers, Monitoring Tool Box Meetings conducted regularly by Contractors & record keeping. Inspection of Lifting Tools & Tackles, Pressure Vessels, Etc and record keeping. ➢Participation in the facilitation of Incident Investigation. ➢Taking Safety & Housekeeping round with the Unit Head, All Contractors Head of the Project on onducting Monthly Safety Meeting with the contractors to rectify the unsafe practices and for discussing what all improvements required at site.➢Conducting Safety Reward Function monthly to motivate & encourage the contractors towards Safety.➢Daily visual inspection of equipment, Job condition, etc. there by ensuring that all tools and gadgets are safe for use. ➢Safety Inspection of activities like critical lift & fabrication work. ➢Erection & fabrication ➢Lifting & shiftingCore CompetenciesIndustrial Safety: Supervision & Monitoring of all round safety of man & machinery with Zero
