• Responsible for the business of HP Servers, Storage & Networking Products through Channel Partners & developing SMB Business in the region of MP & Rajasthan. • Managing a Team of ASMs to grow the Channel & SMB Business in MP & Rajasthan.• Major Job Responsibilities are driving the sales targets through the HP Enterprise Partners & Large Regional SI in MP & Rajasthan.• Developing Enterprise & SMB Business in the MP & Rajasthan. Taking Presentations at End customer & Channel focused events.• Analyze competitive products position and offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points.• Advising on sales forecasts and Product pricing with respect to the market and competition offerings. • Assisting with the development of Distributor and Reseller Partner business plans, problem resolution, relationship development, and coordination of sales and technical resource allocation.• Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, inside & Extended Sales Team.

* Ability to provide complete solution on CISCO range of Products.* Competent to technically out beat the competitors from the account, and create additional requirement Coordinating various Marketing Campaigns & promotional Activities for the Region/Patch* Coordinating the Training programs for the Channel Partners.
