In this position, I led a group of designers across the design charters of unified routing and admin experiences for all Dynamics 365 customer service apps. I established a vision, created design patterns and principles, and delivered on planned features. I also defined a cross-functional horizontal program to improve NSAT for our product, collaborating with leaders from PM, Engineering, Research, and Design disciplines. Additionally, I contributed to building team culture by establishing a rhythm of business using Azure DevOps for managing design work and capacity estimations. I facilitated design critique sessions to foster growth and learning within the design organization and liaised with the Fluent Design team to influence and improve the design system.
