𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 & 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 & 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 of MHPS GT units across 6 countries- Tasked with 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 required to troubleshoot any unplanned outage to ensure the plant’s enhanced availability- Carried out 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of hot gas path parts of GT to improve performance & reliability𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬- 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐓 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 to analyze 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 and identify any outliers- Performed 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 using 𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 to identify the causal variable and used to provide recommendations to control the outliers𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭- 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬explaining the problem & recommended ‘𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬’- Part of the team, responsible for successful & timely 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 “𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟒 𝐆𝐓𝐬” worth around INR 700 cr at NTPC, Auriaya (India)
