With over 13 years of experience in consulting and corporate HR roles, I have developed a strong understanding of the HR challenges and opportunities in the fast-paced and dynamic startup industry like fintech and e-commerce sectors. Successfully set up and managed HR teams from scratch, hired across both tech and non-tech roles, and implemented policies and processes that foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.My core competencies include HR strategy, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, organization development, and change management. I have also completed an Executive Development Program in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the premier B-schools in India.
