Also building long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs.I possess enough knowledge of Bentley's OpenFlow Products and can explain technical information with troubleshooting techniques in a clear, concise manner.Proficient in hydraulic modeling software such as WaterGEMS, WaterCAD, HAMMER, SewerGEMS, SewerCAD, StormCAD, CivilStorm, FlowMaster, and CulvertMaster.I also have basic knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, ArcGIS, Qgis, and HECRAS.I’m always open to discussing water challenges, research collaborations, or career opportunities.
