Project Planning and Execution, Vendor Management, Project Management Detail study of contract and equipment required for the project and to prepare detailed plan forproject execution. Preparation of complete project planning considering work sequence, scope of work, delivery dates,technical and commercial conditions. Introducing of sub vendors as per project requirement and review of quotation rose by him toperform the work, analyzing and finalizing the quotation rates with management and requesting toissue the purchase order for said work. Co-ordination with logistic, vendors and subcontractors for timely dispatch of material to site. Arrange to depute site supervisor, contractor for the project as per site issued by the client. Guide andinstruct site team on Safety working and documentation as well as customer expectations. Follow up with vendors for setting mile stones in project completion with Quality and to ensuretimely delivery of sites. Co-ordination with third Party Inspection agency /Client /Client’s consultant/Vendors for suppliedmaterial’s quality inspections.Handling day to day Project activities and reporting to management. To intimate customer on site progress, front requirement and shipment and commissioning schedule. Interactions with customer for payment collection (advance and progressive as per terms ofpayments) and for same submit all necessary commercial documents along with invoices tocustomer.

Quality Inspection Detail study of QAP provided by client against respective work and site. To prepare the report format as per QAP of client taking approval of report format from internalmanagement as well as client. To prepare the inspection plan and conduct inspection as per call up raised and communicate withrespective vendors of client for timely and As per QAP inspection of site and material. Submission of Invoices to client with required document and follow up with them for release ofpayment.
