• Departmental Project coordinator for overall Development of New models (Swift Dzire CNG & Swift CNG) like Vehicle Specific Model Coordination, Trials Monitoring, Critical Concern handling, Safe Launch Activity, Inspection Planning’s, Management Review’s, Initial Flow Controls, Closure of Issues to Zero Level until Handover to Regular Production Team.• Assessment of Existing/New Vendors in terms of Process/Product Verification and for any 4M change. • Leading Spec & Tech Reviews during New Part/Model Development with Engineering, Purchase & Supplier CFT• Leading PPVT (Pilot Production Verification Trial) & Process Audits during New Model Development• Ensuring & Validation of Part Quality before New Model Development Events (PP, MPT, Pilot, SOP)• Developing, Monitoring and improve supplier processes during PP, MPT, Pilot, and SOP trial.• Monitoring & execution of SQR(Static Quality Review) & DQR(Dynamic Quality Review) issues during New Model Development• Conducting Process and Product Audits to improve quality system and product quality of Suppliers• Review and Approval of Suppliers’ PPAP and PSW• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all applicable regulatory standards, and ensure new products meet regulatory requirements• Evaluation and Validation of Jigs and Fixture for Buy off activity of new developing parts• Conducting tool trial to evaluate Part at T0, T1, and T2 Buy-off level• Analysis of Assembly line Issues & make adherence of countermeasures with jointly assembly & Vehicle Inspection Team• Actively ensures Horizontal deployment of lessons learnt and best practices followed in each step of in-process Quality of Manufacturing standards available at suppliers
