Handled more then 4 projects in EA and currently handling one of the most renown mobile project (more then 100 million downloads) on all platforms i.e. iOS, Android and Windows leading 30 members of QA Team.• Built the QA team ground up, bringing in expert QA resources from across different game studios.• Put together the QA process in place for the QA team, to suit the specific need of the organization.• Responsible for tasks like Functionality Testing, Standards Testing, Creation of Test Cases, updating Test Guide, Managing the QA team, Peer-to-peer review of bugs and other documentation.

Joined as a Sr. Tester and got promoted to Test Lead. During this tenure, worked on many AA titles on all platforms like PS3, Cbox 360 along with Kinect, PC titles and mobile (iOS and Android). maintaining client communication along managing different tiles QA team some major clients were EA, King, Microsoft etc. Also cleared my ISTQB level 1 certification and later worked as a trainer and helped other to clear out the same. Also solo responsible for the New joinee training program.
