• Preparation/checking of Daily Progress Reports• Checking of the monthly IPC of the contractor as per the contract agreement and forwarding to the client.• .Quantity survey for the whole Project like total qty required to be executed (Item wise) as well as total qty of cement, steel and other materials required to complete the whole Project.• Preparing and updating strip charts, Quantity estimation, works progress report as per approved RFI.• Preparing data for the monthly/weekly progress review meetings.• Estimation & Costing for Variations (BoQ and non BoQ items) for extra works according to the SOR, MP Govt, MORTH etc.• Preparing Bar Bending Schedules for various structures, Analyzing the GADs and structural Drawings and modifying them if found necessary.• Preparing monthly rolling programmes, targets fixing as per the scheduled time period provided in the contract agreement.

• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Management Information Systems (MIS).• Preparing Material reconciliation at month end for Bulk materials.• Quantity survey for the whole Project like total qty required to be executed (Itemwise) as well as total qty of cement, steel and other materials required to complete the whole Project.• Preparation of Monthly Bill of work done for submission to Engineer/Client as well as Monthly Bill of sub-contractors in accordance with Contract Agreement.• Preparing and updating strip charts, Quantity estimation as per approved RFI.• Preparing Cross Section in Calquan.• Estimation & Costing for structural and Highway works.• Preparation for Job Cost Report (JCR).Working on SAP regarding all Planning & Billing related Issues.
