Coordination in data collection, compilation, data management as well as analysis for multiple projects (i.e Health, Agriculture, E-Shakti, etc). Generate the progress report by NRLM website .Monitor data collection for quality assurance and quality control, ethics and power, MS- word, excel, power point- for preparation of analytical reports. Coordinating training activities related Financial Inclusion Under PSIG project. Develop resources of Financial Inclusion as Bank Sakhi , CRDI, Community auditors, Young women trainers and maintain data base. Conduct visit to block and village to explain important of Financial Inclusion and provide hand holding support to community resource help them learn the process of SHGs Bank Linkages, Parivar Vikash Yojana, Credit Utilization, Individual Account etc. E- Shakti Programme – NABARD , Training with Animator and data collection.

Data Analysis, Data Collection, Variance Analysis, Generate Monthly Progress Report, Support and strengthen programme intervention with special focus on Institution Building and MIS. Regular collection data and update the database. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
