As an EM, I was responsible for end to end delivery of digitalisation of lending clients like Banks and NBFCs. During this tenure, I was mostly part of Finvolv's implementation team, ensuring high quality code customisation and smooth delivery. During this period, I had managed clients like SCB Singapore - BIL and Car Loan LOS, Aramex - Buy Now Pay Later product, Cholamandalam BL and L&T Finance. I was also part of product team where I managed the Integration Broker team.

During this period, I managed the digitalisation of ABFL (Aditya Birla Finance Ltd) Business and Personal Loan segments. I was part of end to end delivery of ABFL's digital LOS journey starting from requirment gathering phase. I also managed support of ABFL project after it went live.

ConnectAndSell ( ASP.NET; The project mainly deals with call center agents making calls to prospective customers. The web application is built on .net (MVC 4) and uses asterisk (open source) for making calls. The major advantage that this app provides is that it can make concurrent calls to the prospective customer list and connects to the first available prospect. Integrated the web app with multipleCRMs as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar, Zoho, Siebel, Bullhorn to import contacts from CRMs to call and update the outcome of calls back to the respective CRM.Improved the performance of product by updating certain features using improved API calls. Dedicated mostly on integrating all the CRMs to webapp.

This project involved development and maintenance of two tools Admin and Attack used in Paypal. I worked as an C++ developer for these two tools. I was responsible towards developing new features and providing support in fixing bugs.
