Senior Software Engineer
Current• Responsible for performing all the activities involved in project management starting from create and maintain Project Plan, resource planning, cost and effort tracking, risks identification, keeping track of project progress, client communication, ensuring the quality of system delivered and timely delivery.• Provided thought leadership in overall project management, project planning, budgeting, resources deployment & utilization, monitoring & reporting and risk identification & mitigation.• Actively involved in initiating, planning, execution, tracking/ monitoring, controlling and closing the project as scheduled and in implementing operational processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction. • Efficiently managed entire day-to-day activities covering wide functional areas include designing & developing the workflow program, debugging and troubleshooting of the application.• Responsible for directing, defining and coordinating program issues also established objectives, developed requirements, planned schedules, estimated costs, reviewed proposals, monitored technical issues also prepared reports.• Provided guidance on the projects and its requirements also communicated to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updated them on the regular project related developments. • Established good quality of work and with no mishaps in the flow of work. Ensured pro-active communication to the customers on the status of the special projects and priority assignments.
