# Advising company on various matters pertaining to Payment & Settlement Systems and integration of Payments gateways.# Evaluating new business proposition from a legal stand point.# Drafting, reviewing and vetting of diverse business agreements for various business verticals including B2B business, namely, service agreements, Promotional and Marketing alliances with Banks/ other brands (Domestic as well as International), Technology agreements for e-commerce websites, Vendor agreements, Consultancy agreements, Lease agreements, Non-disclosure agreements etc.# Extensively involved in Strategic alliances with Payment gateways and Wallets.# Involved in negotiation with clients/ business partners/ Ministries and Government departments, co-ordination with all internal and external stakeholders.# Single point of contact for various business verticals, looking after entire contract cycle, preparing letter of extensions, addendums, termination letter(s) etc.
