I am a development sector professional with extensive post-qualification experience in driving socioeconomic development initiatives across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Skill Development, Technical Education, and Social Forestry. I have experience working across a spectrum of functions, including community program design and implementation, budget management of a portfolio of CSR funding worth Rs. 230 Cr from leading PSUs and private companies, coordinating and reporting to various ministries, and analyzing the impact of recent developments on stakeholders in the development sector.I hold a management degree from IIFM Bhopal, with a specialization in Conservation & Livelihood, and currently serve as a Technical Advisor to the Indo-German Initiative for Technical Education at GIZ.Prior to my current role, I worked with the 'Impact Investment & Portfolio Management' team at National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), where I managed a big portfolio of CSR funding and helped set up a bouquet of Skill Development Solutions.
