Overall 9 Years Experience, 5 in the Automobile industry, 2 Year Foaming and Mattress manufacturing industry, and 1 year in Milling company FMCG.Good in-Inventory management,Stock management,SAP MM AND SAP PP,Advance Excel with Micro,Warehouse management,Planning ( PPC),Store management.• Ensure proper execution of all stores and materials management policies.• Responsible for the overall operations of the company's factory aspects & managing/foreseeing all factory operations • Ensure quality & quantity verification is carried out, on receipt of materials/ goods with the purchase orders.• Ensure physical security of premises• Ensure that every material procured whether local or imported are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter-inward document is prepared.• Ensures proper storage and preservation of all materials inside stores & in yard stores to eliminate damage, pilferage, theft, etc.• Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.• Ensure timely feedback on long pending inventory stock to design, production & SCM, and participate in taking decisions on its consumption or disposal.• Ensure timely feedback on scrap/wastage / rejected material to accounts & management for taking decisions on its disposal. Maintain factory space at all times free from scrap/wastage/rejected material.• Co-Ordinate with plant, purchase, Quality Check, Users, Vendors, Transporters, and Security Department for Stores Function• Coordinate & ensure preparation of material indents.• As per the production plan, feed material on the line to ensure full availability of material on the line.• Follow up with the quality team to move rejected parts from the store area and keep in their designated place.• Check Dispatch Plan and provide instructions to the team. Ensure dispatch as per the Packing list and as per schedule. Ensure proper documentation of dispatch items• Preparation of a consumption statement for material consumed along with the updated stock status• Managing the stocks as per the predefined min-max levels.• Follow up with Client managers for timely dispatch of the FG stock lying at warehouse to avoid space constraints.• Feedback to Client managers after Dispatch on and variation• Interactions with Purchase Department for Inventory information• Maintain 5S in store & ware house all time.• Maintain shelf-life material through FIFO and ensure timely disposal of over date shelf-life material.
