I Feel passionate to face upcoming challenges in a mindset to enhance skills & competencies.Summary of skills:-• Development of a piping 3D Model and piping design using with PDMS & E3D on project.• Modeling of equipment, pipe supports, preliminary structures, and layout modeling of lines for submittal to Piping Engineering for stress review.• Complete Detail Design modeling of lines for extraction of isometrics for IFC.• Interface with other function groups to gather information and to produce complete functional and constructible design packages.• Under the direction of the Piping Engineer, assigned piping scope of work to be executed inaccordance with project specifications, design parameters, codes, company directives.• Updated piping model based on client comment on 60% to 90%.• Perform site inspections to gather measurements information and drew sketches to accurate scale showing relation of proposed pipe route to existing facilities from starting point using the Tie-in package to ISBL boundary.• Identify tie-ins in the field and assist in development of tie-in list.• Interact with internal and external personnel on piping and inter-discipline issues• Isometric checking based on PMS, P&ID, design basis and developed model.• Feed Model checking as per latest markup P&ID.• Design and development of piping general arrangement drawings and support arrangement drawings• Review and preparation of piping isometric drawings &isometric control Index.• Review and Preparation of pipe support drawings.• Preparation of piping study drawings to estimate preliminary MTO with better accuracy level.• Coordinate with mechanical and process engineers with regards to the nozzle size and orientation of vessels based on P&ID and vendor drawing.• Equipment updates based on Vendor drawing.• 3D Model review in Navis work reviewer software.
