• Responsible for the recruitment of candidates with technical and analytical backgrounds.• Taking requirements from the client’s portals and Account Manager and working on these requirements as per the priority and urgency.• Assess and evaluate candidate's technical skills.• Performed resource and recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback reference checking and extending of POs.• Maintaining full control of the interview process from candidate qualification to placement/hire.• Develop and analyze hiring strategies for hard to fill positions• Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the clients reporting manager. Marketed EAD, GC, USC and H1 consultants to resource parties & involved in rate negotiation.
