Conducting in-service capacity building programs in collaboration with DIETs & Educational functionaries for Government school teachers in Uttarakhand.Worked as a Program Manager for Vaccination Drive in Three Primary Health Centers (PHCs) in Rudraprayag District to support the district administration in vaccinating eligible population.Conducted Summer and winter workshops for 100 teachers in Rudraprayag district in “Concept of weight measurement” and “Understanding the current practices in schools in the context of learning loss, importance of socio-emotional physical wellbeing and prioritizing essential learning outcomes in a classroom” respectively.Published my work on two papers (“Effective pedagogy in mathematics” & “Mathematics is dull, boring and crude”) related to pedagogy in mathematics for internal publication.

Taught Mathematics to 102 students of Grade VI to develop values and a growth mindset through which students developed the skills of empathy and collaboration.As Student Leadership mentor head, SHOUTT, organized cluster wise workshops and 3-day city- wide event “SHOUTT” in Pune in 2019-20 & 2020-21 for students participating in different events spanning from culture, literary and Logical & Critical thinking.Organized a virtual program, Leaders Beyond Borders: Cultural Exchange Program, between the Fellows and Students of Teach For India, Teach For Pakistan, Teach For Bangladesh to share about the similarities of their culture thereby creating a culture of respect, love & mutual understanding.As Logistics head, organized Teach For India Model United Nations 2020 in Pune in which 150 students participated from different schools.

Global Girls Education Fellowship 2020-21: To understand in detail the challenges faced by Girls around the world especially in the Post-COVID world, and the tools and resources that one needs to gain through this fellowship to meet those challenges.

Taught Soil Mechanics and Earthquake engineering to 150 Pre-Final and Final year Diploma students.Mentored Final Year students in their Major Project on Solar Roads and Use of plastic chips in road construction.Organized a “National Conference on Advancements, innovation in Design, Construction & Applied Engineering” (NCAIDCAE-2019) as a member of organizing committee (Department of Civil Engineering & Department of Mechanical Engineering) on 30th March,2019.

Taught Soil Mechanics, Strength of Materials & Earthquake engineering to 135 Pre-Final and Final year students.Mentored students of pre-final year in conducting soil sampling, liquid limit, and plastic limit tests for proposed structure inside the college campus.
