• Ensuring the successful delivery of Test Plans as well as the accurate production of Test Reports • Arranging and co-ordinating vital strategy meetings with Developers and Project Managers to determine cross-program dependencies • Establishing alternative contingency approaches within effective test programmes • To proactively follow up and ultimately resolve any Test Program risks and issues in a timely manner, often including cross-team liaison • Prepare and quality check and report Test Program status to Project Managers and to Test Management with a focus on seeking change approvals • Working with Testers to ensure that the program code is promoted to various environments ensuring that lead users are briefed about the Test readiness in their environments• To report at Director level the thorough status of overall Test Program completeness • Providing accurate, real-time status updates of Test Management to Senior Managers via the Go/No Go calls system• Assess the environment upgrades/unavailability and impact on Testing• Recommend alternate timelines for other environments with regard to upgrades and unavailability

• Use company Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system on a daily basis and to a competent level. This includes assisting new staff members Answering customer inquiries and ensuring that they are given the relevant product information.• Prevent an accumulation of back stock with the aim of reducing store waste management.• Ensuring that the presentation of products looks attractive on display in order to improve the probability of selling. • Deliver quality service to customers at all times by being courteous, helping and diplomatic.• Working within company Health & Safety regulations at all times and to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

• Reviewing and updating regression scripts to ensure actual business functionality and use cases are accounted for within tests• Performing Factory and User Acceptance Testing (FAT/UAT) for new functionality • Testing bug fixes and other track issues from origination to closure• Maintaining Quality Centre to create, maintain and run tests• Promptly report defects surrounding black box regression test scripts, covering core functionality of an air-time sales system, in conjunction with new up-date releases and defect fixes being added to the system

• Creating test conditions and test cases using Quality Centre software• Review and update regression scripts to ensure core functionality remained intact after new additions• Accurately run the test packs using Quality Centre software• Liaise with Business Analyst team to determine and understand the impact of new additions (problematic as both companies have different customized version of Landmark – II)

• Create and run test cases for Sippdeal and Sippcenter dealing platforms and to perform functional, Regression & UAT testing• Closely liaise with Business Analysts to create test conditions and also to work with Corporate Actions, Dividends & Settlements to have better understanding of business processes• Report and Test for bugs and ensure that issues are tracked through to closure• Work as a support with the Dealing Services team after the launch of the web based dealing platform
