Attending the weekly, monthly meetings with Main Contractor Engineers, Client and Suppliers.Work closely with Top management reporting business presentation and reviews in board meetings.Releasing the Material Requirement schedules & monitoring them, getting in touch with the supplier about their manufacturing planning & ensure them in line with our requirement.Arranging the Customer Visits to the plant & Site Co-ordination for various items from plant, Customer Compliant handling for customer.Meticulously managing the procurement of material from the suppliers for the smooth running of the project; determining net requirement of materials by considering sales budget and inventories on hand.Provide for manufacturing requirements such as men, machines, materials, etc. of right quality, in the right quantity & at the right time; co-ordination with purchase, stores & production to identify deviations & undertake corrective action.Oversaw daily planning of product mix & operations of Assembly department, forecast the requirement of factors of production to meet target of production and utilized the factors of production in the most efficient manner.Writing technical documentation for machine operators.Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs.QA/QC Practices, QAPs, Project Documentation.Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.Make a layout inspection for the different stages.Handling of customer complaints and take corrective actions for customer satisfaction.Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products.Updating the Project Status to Clients on daily basis.Business Development Activities (getting new projects for the company).Responsible for subcontracting activities and technical coordination with subcontractor.Play a Lead Role for the certification of ECE R110, PED 2014/68/EU, TPED 2010/35/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, ISO 9001:2015 & so on.
