Responsibilities-Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain project calendars and schedules to track milestones and deadlines.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Maintain project files, records, and documentation repositories for easy access and reference. Generate reports on project progress, risks, and issues for management review. Task Coordination: Coordinate project tasks and activities across project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Assign tasks, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and address resource constraints.Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
