Planning, purchasing, processing, designing, vendor development, machining, assembly, trial and proving for more than 10 Cylinder Head models. Project in-charge for Low Pressure and Gravity die casting dies. Die casting die manufacturing scheduling & monitoring the process for quality and time. Designing with Unigraphics NX 7.5 in Team Center, design verification, validation, design for incorporating Engineering Change Note and Kaizen.  Introduction of new model die manufacturing with Gantt Chart Procurement of die steel, BOP and services. Assessment and selection of supplier for die parts, services and standard parts. Supplier development & coordinating vendors for parts manufacturing. Quality audit and rating of the suppliers. Costing evaluation of project as well as quotation finalization of vendors Finalize the manufacturing source and process planning of die parts. Die assembly, die spotting, die trials & Post trial proving. Cost monitoring and costing of the dies.  People management, training plan and skill development of sub-ordinate. Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting targets.  Interaction with customers and suppliers for future development. Modification of the production dies for control of rejection. ISO Quality audit documentation.
