Responsibilities:● Virtual build activities in MPP- Creation of sequence of event (SOE) or Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to be carried out on a workstation/shop floor with visual aids for the assemblers.● Creating OMS, adding Tools, adding port marking, RO assignment, part assignment (Consumption of EBOM to MBOM) in MPP for created SOE.● Analysis of Engineering Drawings, engineering notices andmaking required changes in the assemblyprocess as per the Engineering change management.● Identification of design issues as per assembly point of view (DFA, DFM), and suggesting enhancement / improvements for the same.● Knowledge in forestry product process/ manufacturing/ assembly.● Creating 3D layout in Creo parametric with reference of 2D layout.● Performing DFMEA & resolving ergonomics issues with the help of PEAT analysis.● Worked on video analysis of assembly for time study and element assignment.
